Monopoly Knockout

I received this product from influenster in exchange for my honest opinions. Yes the kids loved but took a while to figure out the instructions. Lots of little pieces to that. End up on the floor. Would have preferred a lid and base box as things never go back as before!

The box is a lot smaller than the monopoly we have all grown up with fighting over who is cheating. In our house, it's normally our daughter, but our tweenie had been picking up tips!! So for the older ones, changing the way you have always played has been difficult. So this new version works on the principle of basically literally knocking out the other tokens. These have ball bearings underneath, so you can just wizz these across the board and try to get them to land on properties you play in rounds. Trying to knock the other players into jail, that's fun. Or you can just get them off the board. The most hardest part of this version is your aim, something I've found I'm not good at!. You have to really read the instructions a lot to get it right. There are lots of ways to play and win or lose, and depending on who you are playing with, more competitive players make it very difficult. What we love about this is that you laugh through winning or frustration. Our tweenie spat her dummy out one of the rounds as she couldn't get her tokens where she wanted them. It gives you hints and tricks to aid you. The difference with this version is that you literally don't know who will win until the end. The team with the MOST money 🏆 wins. There is a scan code that shows you a demo, which really helps. It's a lot funnier than the original as it's a lot down to aim. I've only given it 4 stars due to how much you have to alter the way that you have playing monopoly in your head. For the newbies it was a lot easier for them. My family loves this game it’s not monopoly as you know it but it is great fun and so much quicker than the original game, I will definitely be buying this for a few people for Christmas.

This game has been a huge hit in my household especially with my 7yr old. We have enjoyed how easy it is to pick up the rules of the game without having to constantly double check. Also brilliant for those who are perhaps a little young for the main game as all this is, is rolling the pieces across the board. It can get quite competitively really quickly though (especially between my husband and son)

This monopoly knockout game is brilliant hours off fun for the hole family amazing design my children loved it I definitely recommend this game

It's a really new concept and different spin on the old, well loved monopoly game. There's no dice. You have to slide your tokens to play. It makes the game more interesting but I can see why it's aimed at older children as the rules did take a bit of getting used to. Fun and great for games night.

This monopoly knockout is a great family game and very different from the original. The rules are easy to understand and instead of a dice you slide the tokens and wait for it to land for your next move.

Love this game! This is a perfect Monopoly for a younger family with no patience! It's very fun but quite different. The pieces are very cute to look at as well. This will definitely be a great game to play regularly.
