This is such a cool toy! Great sound effects, color and design. It’s so fun to play with and the kids love it! So far the battery life has been great!

This is so cool! The light saber extends like every other toy light saber, but it makes noises responding to how you swing it, which is awesome! And it lights up, which is cool. I can't speak to battery life as we haven't played with it enough to kill the batteries yet.

Great product for the price for hours of fun!

Received my Star Wars Lightsaber, it is made of plastic but is very durable the blade is extendable and the core is removable which makes customizing very easy into 1,000s of combinations . It did not come with batteries but takes two AAA batteries. The sound quality isn’t that great but lights up very nice especially with the lights off my kids will definitely enjoy hours of fun with this !

Good value toy

I’m not the biggest Star Wars fan, but who doesn’t want a lightsaber?! My girls were so excited when this lightsaber came in the mail, but the guilty mom in me wished I had two instead of just one. What earns this 4 stars instead of 5 is that it was a little tricky to figure out. At first I didn’t find the instructions but they were hidden in the box. Even so, getting the lightsaber apart was a bit challenging and getting the battery in was a little tricky. I like that once it was assembled it made noises and lit up. It’s pretty neat. It’s not the highest quality item but perfect for my toddlers. It seems worth the 20 dollars.

I was gifted this DARTH VADER LIGHT SABER by HASBRO from Influenster for my honest opinion. The light up feature on this toy is not very bright. You have to be in a nearly blacked out room to actually see the glow of this light saber. It’s also supposed to have sound effects with movement of the toy. You actually have to swing it pretty hard, far, and wide to get any sound effects. I think it has the potential for accidents and injuries to those around children who are playing with this toy. The only positive thing is that the toy will about shut off after about 15 seconds of non play. Not impressed.

Well.made, Sturdy and lots of fun for both Adults and Children

We had lots of fun with this both Children and Adults. We found it to be well made and sturdy, it would take a lot to break this unlike other toys we have purchased. There is lights and a range of sounds, and it looks really good in the dark. This is a toy that will keep the children happy for a while. It takes 2 x AAA batteries which were not included and were very easy to install. Overall we were very impressed with this and would happily purchase this for either my own children or as a gift for others.

Fantastic role play toy.

2 AA batteries which is easy as they are normal household batteries. Would be better if it came with them, especially for Christmas. Easy to take apart and put the batteries in. It is durable and survived my daughter trying to force it open and closed. It is a great idea for Jedi fans and a reasonable price too. The lighting is great, it flicks out when you move it and the sound effects just make it that more fun to play with. No small pieces that I can find so good for smaller children. And to be honest, it's good for big children too as the hubby loved playing with it too. Also useful for dress up days and comic cons as it does look cool when lit up and sound effects on.

Fun toy for all ages

My kids loved this! As soon as it was here they got it out to play with. It’s been put through extensive durability testing and I can confirm it is well made and hard to break! The lights and sound work well with motion of the saber and looks really cool in the dark. Very good toy for all ages (the adults have had fun too!)

What an awesome toy! My kids love it. The light up design is really cool and they love how they flick it to fully extend. Although made of plastic it is very firm and not flimsy. I think for £20 price tag it is worth the money.

This not only lights up, but has a range of sounds as well. This is perfect as a Halloween prop for any Star Wars costumes, great to be seen whilst trick or treating. It folds down for storage.

Well designed toy, with awesome sound effects. The light/torch effect is a great touch. It was well packaged and secure. Its durability has withstood my 2 boys the last week. And its not to heavy enough I feel for an injury to happen, over all really cool toy well made.

My little boy absolutely loves this Darth Vader Lightsaber. From the colour of it to the lights and sounds it makes. Hes had lot of fun playing with this. It’s great that the lightsaber can be folded down so it’s easy to store in his bedroom. I would recommend this for any Star Wars fan. Perfect gift for a star wars fan

The perfect timing! It arrived on my son’s birthday and he was super excited to receive a new light saber, being an avid Star Wars fan! It’s a super sleek design that’s safe and durable. My son being a boy, has thrown around his light saber, he’s had it outside and in the playground-it’s his favourite toy. The only down side is trying to find batteries, wish those were included in the package but I’ve got my nephew one too so both boys can play Star Wars battles together.

My son absolutely loves this toy. His face lit up when he opened the package and hasn't stopped playing with it since! It makes sounds as its swooshed, lights up fully and looks awesome in the dark. It's really durable as well, I think he forgets sometimes that it's a toy and bashed a couple of his teddy's. Really great value for money and I'll be buying some for my nephews

My children love playing with this toy. They love the lights and the way the it retracts and they can make it fly out. It had stood up so some rough play fighting 🤦‍♀️. The design of the toy seems good it looks like it's going to be hard wearing. I would say it is priced well.

I receive this free in exchange for my honest review. For a household that is a huge Star Wars fan this was a great gift for our daughter who wanted a Darth Vader lightsaber, it is of good quality and strong when using in play fighting, it’s really cool where you can get different colour sabers and exchange them about, and also lights up and makes noises, it’s also a great gift and is easy to set up and play with or just display. Easy to use and fairly comfortable to hold and with being plastic easy to clean and is a safe toy for ages. Fab item indeed.

My children and I had great fun playing with this, myself aa much as them!! Very quick and easy to begin use, I found it to be very well made considering the material and looked like quite a good replica of the ones in the films. Very pleased with the lights and sound effects they’re quite authentic and we are all now most definitely on the dark side!!

This Star Wars Darth Vader Forge Bladesmith Lightsaber is so much fun! The kids, my nieces and nephews, and my adult siblings have been playing with it all day! It came with instructions on how to add the batteries (it takes 2 AAA batteries), and it was incredibly quick and easy to take apart to put them in. The lights and sounds are fun. The sounds are clearly lightsaber noises, and they are very audible but not too loud. The lights on the saber are really good too! It looks like a real lightsaber in photos, so everyone was posing with it to use as their new social media profile pictures, lol. The younger kids loved using it to play fight, as did my adult sister and nephew. It is a fun way to entertain everyone, lol. The design is great for people with dexterity issues as the shaft is thick and the on button is wide and big. The rest of the collection looks amazing too, so I now know what I'm getting everyone else for Christmas!

This isn't bad but feels a little fragile. The idea behind it is good. But more sound effects would be better. Battery release is a little fiddly to get to. All I'm all its ok but not amazing. Probably just worth its market value.
