I had my two youngest kids, ages 8 and 10, try to set up and play the game. On initial setup, I had to help put together and explain how to play. You can do a custom layout or one of the standard options on the cards they give you. For younger kids, the card layouts are easier because for the custom layout you need to input the first and last coordinate of each ship. Overall my kids enjoy the game, and after the initial setup and instruction, they can play on their own without assistance. It takes more time overall then the original battleship game, but my kids like the additional sound effects.

My son is six and could play it over and over! The more advanced, electronic modes are exciting but this can also be played like classic battleship - definitely fun!

My daughter and I play this all the time. We find it so much fun. It is easy to set up but allows for a bunch of variations that you don't see in the traditional game.

We have had such a fun time playing this game! Modern enough for the kids today to enjoy but brings back so many memories for us “kids at heart”! Definitely recommend.

After reading the directions and finally getting things organized we got down to business. The game plays just like the standard game. Setting up the ships does take a bit of work but it’s not hard. The sound effects are cool. They make the game a bit more fun. We never figured out how to use the orange pieces so we didn’t play with them. The parts don’t all fit inside the game so we had to use ziplock bags. Over all it’s a fun game but setting it up take some work and storage takes up a lot of room. Over all it’s a fun game but not sure how often we will play it.

I’m so glad that I have got picked. My kids are so excited about this. it’s an enjoyable game to have in our family day and party. recommend to everyone.

Electronic Battleship takes me back to my childhood days. Man, we loved this game and still do. This electronic version is so much better. You can choose standard version or the advanced version. It does the work for you. Blowing up each other’s ships is just so much fun. It’s a simple concept that keeps you on your toes.

I received the Electronic Battleship Reloaded game for free from Influenster in exchange for an honest review. My son has always liked playing battleship, but this version makes it more fun with the voices, the ship hit sound effects and ship sinking sound effects. You can choose your own ship layout or there are premade layouts you can choose from. The game features storage compartments for all of your pieces and folds up nicely which makes for easy cleanup. We enjoy playing this game almost nightly!

This is a fun game! I agree with the age range it might be a little hard to set up for some kids to do on their own. I feel like the game play is a little slow with all the extra options and could get a little boring. I love that it is all set in the system, it prevents kids from cheating by moving their ships. I love the automations as well it makes for an exciting game especially when you hit an enemy ship. One downside is storage, its not easy to just close and put away, and not all the parts has a place for storage. But other than that its a great game, my family loves it!

This is the perfect gift for Christmas for my kids. My kids are seven and 10 and this will be a great gift for them to play together. We played the original battleship, but this one looks like a lot of fun. I like that it is electronic in a little bit more updated.

This battle ship game is fun for all ages. Younger may need help. It takes 4 AA batteries. There are preset ship lay out cards or you can pick your own arrangement, this takes a little more time since you have to input the.location of the ships. There are extra things like torpedo, salvo and radars to help locate and explode the ships. I really like how the storage sides snap closed to keep stuff from spilling out. I also like how the game folds up for easy storage

This game was so much fun... my daughter and I had so much fun playing this game. The sound effects made it even more intense but it was a blast. I would so recommend purchasing this game.

Hasbro toys are always the best among all the toys that I ever had. My kids also love it. It is very easy to setup. Simple enough for younger kids to understand and they do not loose patience. Earlier I had the same toy but a manual and non electronic battleship. But electronic battleship really make this game much more fun. It is fun for kids to move the dial to plan the attack and keeps them engaged for a while. It is very sturdy and nothing could break easily. I love it and recommend to buy one for Christmas.

My kids loved playing this game. Much more interactive than the original. Took a minute to set up but once done it was easy to play. A must add to family game night.
