Galaxy Goldmine Game, Family Strategy Card Games for Adults & Kids, Family Games, Ages 10+

My family and I had so much fun playing with this game for our weekly family night. It was fun and very exciting for us all of different ages from pre teen to adults.

Honestly it looks like it could be a fun past time but we haven't figured out how to play it yet lol. I'm sure we'll figure it out sooner or later. I look forward to playing it.

My kids absolutely loved this little galaxy goldmine game. They started playing as soon as we opened it. I also love how interactive it is and they loved playing it together which is rare.

My kids really enjoyed this game. It was a little confusing at first. I love how very interactive this game is. Also it can be up to 6 players. But if you have a little one like I do I just guided him and he got it. Best family game ever. Per my kids they said the like the game.

This isn’t really MY jam as a 42 year old woman but my nieces and nephews think it’s a fun game for family game night! I watched them play and they really enjoyed it.

So this games concept is great but I’d rate it for over 13 not over ten . It’s hard to get into it and explain to a younger kid , my daughters 15 and wasn’t as enthusiastic as I was , we did both enjoy the game but it needs a bit more in depth insight and instructions for younger teens.

We did not enjoy this game. Even as an adult it was very complicated with multiple names of cards not clearly marked with instructions or what to do or how to play.

I boosted open this box and it kept my children entertained for like 2 hours i didn’t hear any fighting at all the gave itself had a few pieces but overall looked really fun to play

I played this game with my 10yr old nephew whose into games and he really enjoyed it. At first the directions were a bit confusing but after we figured it out we played multiple times so overall a great family board game.

My family and I played this once and we weren’t to sure about this game. The directions weren’t clear so we honestly didn’t understand it 100% so it got boring pretty fast and we didn’t finish the entire game. The quality of the game was great but I think I’ll leave this game to teenagers. This was was easy to set up and store away.

Our family thinks this is a really fun game. My almost 10 year old and 12 year old are capable of playing on their own. My 7 year old needs some help playing. So the recommended age range is correct. The game is high quality. The instructions were easily to understand when learning the game. We will recommend this game to others.

I'm not a board game lover but my son likes to play one here and there. I actually enjoyed this one. The rules arent over-complicated but engaging enough to make it fun. It also lasts about 30 minutes which is good for people who tend to get bored with extra long games like monopoly or when you don't have a lot of time on hand for long lasting games. Cute and fun concept. Though recommended age is 10+, I think slightly younger kids can play as well. It's a compact size which also makes perfect for travel.

My daughter's absolutely love this game! It has the neatest characters that have the cutest personalities! They really enjoy the lost tools in the game and it is the perfect competition level for 10+ because they are 11 and 12.

Galaxy goldmine is a super fun new family game. The age that is recommended is 10 and up, but my 8 and 6 year old were able to play with us as well with some extra instruction. It is a bit of a longer game and takes about 30 minutes to play. Once you get the hang of it though it makes a great addition to family game night!

Wow, this game exceeded our expectations! My sons were so excited to play this game. They quickly caught on and were able to easily read and understand the directions (they’re 13). I rrally disliked this game. First of all the instructions to the game set up are confusing even for an adult. The point of the game is confusing as well. My kids and I really disliked the game. We didn't even finish 1 game because we don't understand the point of this game and it is super boring. Even the set up of the games is not amusing at all.

Galaxy goldmine has really cool colors and graphics. I really like the premise of the game. It is a takes good amount of time for a game to last and is interesting. The packaging is really sturdy too.

The instructions took a second to make sense of a few steps (odd order of sections). Once we figured it out, this game was a blast. Very easy to play and a ton of fun. My 6 year old daughter had fun playing and was able to play on her own with occasional help reading some words. Play time is well estimated on the box. It reminds me of a fun and simplified sci-fi version of another Eurostyle game. Definitely recommend this for couples and families. Art work is good fun and the theming is well thought out and carried through all parts of the game.

I play alot of games and this is so fun. It's easy to play, simple to learn and you can play countless times. Basically it's like your digging through the earth and you need tools to help you. So on your turn you choose two tools to help you when exploring and you get to pick 3 cards up. And basically the cards you pick up require certain tools to be able to collect them or directions that set you back. The cards you collect also have points that you add up towards the end and whoever has the highest wins. This is by far a new favorite game of mine. I literally can play 3 to 5 times in a row as a game is fairly quick and easy to get through. It requires little thought and just a fun way to pass time.
