The Game of Life: Super Mario Edition Board Game for Kids Ages 8 and Up

This was a very fun twist to a great classic! The family loved the mini games and playing as their favorite Mario characters. It was great getting up to Bowser and just fun like playing Mario without the screen involved. It also was a great way to keep the kids involved and have some family time.

This version of the life game is so much fun! It's very different from the original life game, however it makes it more interesting. It's challenging and great for the whole family. We also happen to love Mario which is even better!

This isn't like the game of life I played as a kid. This is so much better! It's a crossover of life and super mario! I loved playing Mario as a kid. This game is loads of fun for the whole family. And it gives you a nostalgia feeling too.

This Super Mario inspired Game of Life is a nice addition to our family game night. A must have for all things- Mario lovers and board games enthusiasts. In this game you go through the board as one of the four Mario characters, collecting coins and power ups, playing mini games and finally spinning at the end to win a battle against Bowser. It is super fun, easy to navigate and set up. I even dare to say that it's more entertaining than the original version. In my opinion the best part is the Mini games along the way. It kinda gives me the feels of a board game version of a Mario Party game. The board is made of cardboard but is pretty sturdy, the plastic figures are well made and all the little pieces and cards are easy to keep together in the storage tray. Game play is not fast but doesn't take too long either. It keeps you entertained and engaged during the whole game. I'm very pleased with the quality, value and fun provided by this game. We have been playing it every other day and my kids can't get enough. I'll recommend.

I love board games and LIFE has always been a favorite since I was a kid. I also LOVE Nintendo and anything Mario. This is like a dream come true game!!! I am getting another one to give as a Christmas gift!!! 10 stars!! Get this game if you love the classics with a Mashup twist.

What a nice spin on a classic game! You have to collect stars to beat the big guy at the end, to beat him you have to spin a high number that the stars help you get. The rules aren't very hard to understand and I was able to play with my 8,7, and 6 year old. I dont think they would've understood if I wasn't explaining it to them at first but they caught on as the game went and I'm fairly confident they can after playing a few times.. at the the 7 and 8 year old.The boys loved that it was Mario and of course my daughter wanted to be princess peach. We all had so much fun playing, they beg me to play it with them almost everyday!

This game is good for the young and old...Our 8 and 10 year old loves Mario so this was just perfect for them and I have to admit.. It brought out the child in a few of us.. Has some small pieces so I'm keeping those in a baggies..

It's litterally the game of life but super mario edition. There are adorable pieces you can play like yoshi! And all the cards have familiar characters and such. It feels so nostalgic and is a way for you to play other generations and everyone have a good time.
